This is one solid loaf! Our organic Einkorn Sourdough is crafted from one of the most ancient grains. We don't mix the einkorn flour with any other type of flour, using only 100% organic, unbleached, and unenriched einkorn whole wheat. This loaf has an oaky, nutty flavor with a crunchy crust. Einkorn’s unique characteristics are both tasty and nourishing, packed with essential nutrients like lutein, potassium, and B6 vitamins. For those with mild gluten sensitivities, einkorn’s naturally lower gluten content make it easier to digest than modern wheat.
